REAL, USABLE FRAMEWORK

This book brings together the ideas, lessons, and practical approaches that have shaped the way I work with people over the years. It isn’t about extremes, quick fixes, or chasing perfection — it’s about understanding your body, building sustainable habits, and making choices that actually fit your real life.

I’ve written this as a simple, usable framework that anyone can apply. You’ll find thoughts on movement, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and the everyday behaviours that make the biggest difference over time. My goal is to help you feel more confident in your own health, more capable in your body, and more aware of what truly supports long‑term progress.

Whether you’re starting fresh, returning from injury, or just trying to feel better day‑to‑day, this book is designed to meet you where you are. It’s built around real people, real challenges, and real change — the kind that lasts.

Nutrition and movement should work on busy days, tired days, and all those in-between. No banned foods, no guilt — just simple, sustainable habits that fit your routine and last in the real world.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN FLEXIBLE DIET

£10.99

A simple, practical guide to building a flexible diet that fits your real life. This book breaks down the basics of balanced eating, sustainable habits, and how to adjust your nutrition without strict rules or guilt. It’s designed to help you create a way of eating you can actually stick to — on busy days, tired days, and everything in between.

Two principles which are supported across decades of nutritional science. Beyond that, effective nutrition is highly individual, influenced by your very own physiology, lifestyle, schedule, finances, and personal preferences. My book on “How to Create Your Own Flexible Diet” distils these fundamentals into a practical, evidence‑based system you can apply immediately.

For £10.99, this downloadable self-guide shows you how to build a diet that fits your life, make informed choices with confidence, and create sustainable habits that deliver long‑term results — far beyond what any generic meal plan can offer.

Do you offer in-person coaching?

I mainly coach online across the UK & Ireland. I do offer a small number of in‑person sessions in central Scotland, but availability varies. If you’re local, feel free to ask — if I can make it work, I will.

How does online coaching work?

Online coaching is structured, personal, and flexible. We check in regularly, adjust your plan as life changes, and focus on simple habits that fit your routine. You get support, guidance, and accountability — without needing to travel.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. I work with people at every stage — from returning after injury, to building strength for the hills, to simply wanting to feel better day to day. Your plan starts exactly where you are.

Will I get a strict meal plan?

No. I don’t use restrictive diets or banned foods. Instead, we build flexible habits that support your lifestyle, help you feel better, and actually last. Food should work for your life, not control it.

What kind of results can I expect?

You can expect steady, sustainable progress — not quick fixes. That might mean moving with less pain, feeling stronger on the hills, improving your relationship with food, or simply feeling more confident in your body. The goal is long‑term change, not short‑term intensity.

I have an old injury — can you still help?

Absolutely. I work with people coming back from old injuries, niggles, and long‑term issues all the time. We’ll look at what’s going on, what movements feel good, and what needs a bit more support. Your plan will be adapted to your body, your history, and your confidence — nothing is rushed, nothing is forced.
