No fads. No unnecessary restrictions. No all-or-nothing nonsense. An evidence based approach, together with flexible real-life application.

My approach is simple: health should feel normal. I don’t believe in extremes, guilt, or chasing perfection — real progress comes from small, consistent habits that fit your actual life.

Whether you’re returning from injury, building strength, or just trying to feel better day-to-day; the goal is always to make things sustainable. That means flexible routines, honest conversations, and an approach that meets you where you are. I want people to move well, eat well, and feel confident in themselves — not just for a few weeks, but for the long run. We are not seeing perfect, there is no fun in that.

Everything I do is shaped around real life, real people, and real change.

EVIDENCE OVER TRENDS

I use research-backed methods and years of hands-on experience — not fads, shortcuts, or whatever happens to be trending this week. Your plan is built on what actually works for you. Everything I advise is an evidence based approach, with of course real life realistic application.

FLEXIBLE, NEVER RESTRICTIVE

Nutrition and movement should work on busy days, tired days, and all those in-between. No banned foods, no guilt — just simple, sustainable habits that fit your routine and last in the real world.

HUMAN, HONEST, REALISTIC

Coaching should feel supportive, not overwhelming. I meet you where you are, keep things practical, and help you build confidence step by step.

CONSISTENCY, NOT PERFECTION

Progress comes from showing up in small, repeatable consistent ways — not chasing flawless days. All or nothing approaches have consistently been proven to not work long time, and also lead in to an unhealthy relationship with food. We focus on building habits you can stick to, even when life gets gets in the way.

Do you offer in-person coaching?

I mainly coach online across the UK & Ireland. I occasionally do some overseas work. I do offer a small number of in‑person sessions in central Scotland, but availability varies. If you’re local, feel free to ask — if I can make it work, I will.

How does online coaching work?

Online coaching is structured, personal, and flexible. We will be working as a team. We check in regularly, adjust your plan as life changes, and focus on simple habits that fit your routine. You get support, guidance, and accountability — without needing to travel.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. I work with people at every stage — from returning after injury, to building strength for the hills, to simply wanting to feel better day to day. Your plan starts exactly where you are.

Will I get a strict meal plan?

No. I don’t use restrictive diets or banned foods. Instead, we build flexible habits that support your lifestyle, help you feel better, and actually last because it all revolves around you, and foods that you enjoy. Food should work for your life, not control it.

What kind of results can I expect?

This would depend on the individual. For some people quick results can help with motivation and adherence. For others, a more steady approach can be best It willalways revolve around whats best, not what makes me look good. That might mean moving with less pain, feeling stronger on the hills, improving your relationship with food, or simply feeling more confident in your body. But always the goal is long‑term change, along with all the benefits.

I have an old injury — can you still help?

Absolutely. I work with people coming back from old injuries, niggles, and long‑term issues all the time. I have over 25 years of experience in this field. We’ll look at what’s going on, what movements feel good, and what needs a bit more support. Your plan will be adapted to your body, your history, and your confidence — nothing is rushed, nothing is forced.
